I really should get out more! does anybody have any coverage of the tour/giro/vuelta/spring classics which is burnable onto cd/dvd to save me from insanity/obesity?! due to the arrival of my beautiful twin daughters there's little prospect of a decent ride until late 2010 - hence I've dusted of the auld turbo trainer but am finding the combination of pain and crushing boredom a little too much to bear! if anyone can help me out I'll gladly post you a brand new copy of the following dvd to add to your collection: www.evanscycles.com/products/dvd/-tour-de-france-2004-double-dvd-ec006695anguskelly@gmail.com

you cannae beat cyclocross for turbo boredom busting - all the races are an hour long for a start, so you can start your turbo session with the sprint from the line, and finish with the sprint to the line. ccx.nathanspear.com/
