The number of riders racing on Wednesdays at Herne Hill has dropped off over the past couple of years. If any of your members have thought of Racing but not actually got round to doing it please remind them that there are 3 weeks of the Season still to go.
Also on the subject of Herne Hill Track the number of open meetings has dropped over the past few years. Is your club interested in Promoting an Open event during 2010?

Crystal Palace – Michael Moore who has organised the Crystal Palace Tuesday evening events for many years is looking to stand down.
We need a volunteer to take over this essential job if racing at Crystal Palace is to continue in 2010. Michael would be happy to give full information on what is involved to any prospective volunteers. He would also be happy to assist the new organiser during the 2010 season.

The BC SE region AGM is tonight in Bletchingley. Bob and me are going & will report back. I agree with Mel we should put it on the agenda - it would be a real loss if the Palace series was unable to continue after this year.
