good fun again though. Got a hurt on my arm where I fought off a rogue tree. it came from nowhere.
Andy did well, 3rd overall but 1st on a cross bike. He's claiming the win. is that how it works?

yup- great fun!
alhough I am with Andy on he MTB riders.......I followed two of them over the planks and tried to bunny hop as they did, managed the first but totally missed the secondand came a cropper. it was one lap to go as well so lost TWO places!! grrrr
well, you live and learn ( and get bruised)

Hmmm. Mark O might fare better if he opened his eyes.
One small request. Hold off using the flash in low light conditions, especially just before a tight bend.

Eyeballs were well and truely out!
Not a good idea to return from a relaxed beach holiday to the treachery of the sandpit. Came away with Triceps larger than life.
