I have the van from work as well, and have 2 spaces available too. Think I'm taking PJ (the photographer, not the bike rider) and Ian, but there's plenty of room for more. If no-one takes up your offer Gareth maybe you can come with me, Your front light wasn't working last night either tut tut!

We also think Delia was third in the womens, but they're still working out the results - there were 130 riders today apparently so it may take some time!
It was a good course and the weather was good (as usual - I wish it would rain!). 130 riders hacking into a section of singletrack is always goign to cause problems and apparently there were a few crashes outside the first 15 riders or so. Kev K got held up and almost got overtaken by DavidR (hahahaha!).
I was in the top 10 and worked my way up to a group fighting for third. On the third lap Darren Barclay had enough of riding round with us and bridged across to Dan Duguid, leaving me, Taylor and Gary Lingard fighting for fourth. With so many riders of such varying ability, we were lapping people from the second lap onwards (it was 10 laps in all for the leaders), which led to some confusion for everyone. With 3 laps to go I took advantage of the traffic to escape my companions and rode the last couple of laps alone to take fourth.
Kev K just managed to sneak into the top 20, but he's been busy working hard, so no doubt he'll be back in the top 10 when he can actually start training again.
I think I'm right in saying that David R beat Kev B for the second weekend running - Kev seems pretty certain that as soon as his rain dance comes to some sort of fruition the tables will be turned, but now he's used to being DP's 3rd place crosser, will David relinquish the mantle? This could be the battle of the season, so stay tuned for more on that one folks.
PJ was there taking photos, hopefully he'll be along later with some of them?
Once again, no sign of Rick Roberts. Anyone had any sightings? You're going to need some practise before you break out the Spooky at the Haloween CX I'd have thought, no?

I think I was running in third but would be extremely lucky to come out with that result after a puncture. Turned out to be a pesky thorn through the tyre. A good show all round from Dulwich and it's forecast to rain this week so place your bets for the Rees / Ball face off at Hillingdon.

Full results on lcs now. Still a bit strange. Delia at 3 laps... KK demoted to 22nd. It was a huge field though - 115 finishers. People like ian and bryan who would normally be in the low 20s were around the late 30s, it was just bizarrely busy.

Oh dear, Della Bellis didn't do very all at all, and they left Kevin Ball off the list all together. Oh well, onwards to the next one.
