Dear Club Secretary
I am delighted to confirm that we will be holding the above black tie event on Saturday 20th February 2010 at the Manchester Central (formerly the Manchester International Convention Centre and GMEX) located at Petersfield, Manchester M2 3GX.
The 50th Anniversary Gala Dinner and Annual Awards will give us the opportunity to reflect on some of the highlights of the last half-century as well as recognising the 2009 National Champions and Season Winners – a nice combination of past and present. We will also be taking this opportunity to induct the first 50 members into our newly launched ‘Hall of Fame’, all of whom will be invited to the evening so that we can celebrate this occasion together.
In order to combine all of these elements into one evening it will be necessary to adjust the usual format of the Annual Awards but we expect that it will be a most enjoyable and memorable occasion.
We have a few tables remaining with places available to your club or club members, for what promises to be a world-class evening of sports entertainment and awards.
