Dear David
My name is Steve and i currently work as one of the cycle guides at The Hotel Milano Helvetia in Riccione, Italy. I first came to Riccione in 2007 and then again in 2008 and loved the place and the people so much that i returned the following year to guide and have done seasonally ever since.
The reason i am writing is to promote the hotel and to tell you a little about us and what we are able to offer to cyclists, triathletes and also their families. Whilst we dont want to be the biggest or busiest bike hotel, it would be nice to have a few more guests so i have agreed to try and help with this a little hence this email you are now reading. We will of course cater for any size group but we like to ride in smaller, safer groups where we can focus on our guests and therefore give a better, more personal service, something thats not really possibile when you take 20 or sometimes many more riders which you may find elsewhere.
We wont lie, the riding around here can be hard as its very hilly but its very rewarding and we are happy to ride as fast or as slowly as you wish and run at least 2 groups daily in order to cater for different abilities. The hills are worth it though as you are always rewarded with a great view or a beautiful castle at the summit. Within striking distance are places such as San Marino, Urbino and San Leo to name but a few, all beautiful and full of history.
We feel our strength here is our personal, friendly service and our value for money. Our lowest price for a standard weeks stay (including accomodation, guiding and all food) is 315 euro and the maximum 385 with no hidden costs and we dont charge a single room supplementi if you want a room alone?.we will even wash your bike clothes for you!!! If you organise a group of 8 or more then the group leader comes free!!! The only time it would cost more is if you wished to hire one of our quality rental bikes from Prestigio or participate in a Gran Fondo which we would be happy to arrange (including transportation) at no profit to ourselves and maybe we will even ride with you! Why not come in September and ride The Pantanissima with us?!?! Its a Gran Fondo started in 2008 by Marco Pantani?s mother as a tribute to her famous son and its a great day for all.

The hotel itself is 10 minutes away from Rimini airport from where we are able to collect you for free and Ryan Air fly there from London Stansted and Liverpool. Alternatively, fly to Bologna or an alternative airport and we will arrange to collect you for the price it costs us and no more. The hotel is located less than 50 meters from the beach and if you are a triathlete there is also the local pool less than 20 minutes walk away. The esplanade has also recently been refurbished and is an ideal location for those who wish to run.
Well, thanks for taking the time to read this mail, i wont write anymore but should you want any further information or have any questions then please feel free to write to myself or Emiliano Carlini (manager and guide, email: emiliano@hotelmilano.net) and we will reply as quickly and honestly as possibile. Maybe it would even be possible for a link on your website in the future?
Alternatively check out our website below:

We hope to hear from you soon or better still ride with you here!
Yours sincerely
