Thursday 17th May Lung Busting or Time Trail
Lung Busting at the Velodrome
Bill will be running this ever popular vigorous training regime, mountain bike endurance interval training….. starts at 6.30 until 8.30 ish at the Velodrome.
Harry Must Club Time Trail
DP JUNIORS ONLY
The Harry Must Club 10’s Time trails start tonight – in principle one of the simpler forms of racing, Mark Parson times how long you take to ride a 10 km circuit.
These are held fortnightly until the 14th of August, results are compiled in to a league, the winner receives a large and immensely impressive chunk of club silver.
Start time 7.30 at the Car Park just south of the Blacksmiths Arms on Cudham Lane South. I will be riding there and will leave Elmers End at 7.10 pm.

Please let me know if you are planning to compete, this is a form of racing so you will need to bring along another Parents Consent form

Saturday 19th May Off Road Adventure
I'll be leading a repeat off road ride out to the woods around Addington, we’ll find a suitable course or two and do a couple of timed laps - leaving the velodrome at 9am and returning by 1 pm:
Normal rules and pack drill:
• BC,HHYCC/DP membership required
• Helmets must be worn
• Bring drink and snack
• Wear correct clothing- it may cold and wet
• Do a bike check before hand
• Bring the telephone number of your parent/guardian/rescuer with you on a piece of paper
Parents/rescuers and guardians- you must be contactable and able to collect your charge should the need arise.
You are always welcome to join the Saturday Dulwich ride, starts 8.45 at the velodrome- report to Dave J/B or Gary McGowen.
