If anyone fancies this the form is on the Eastern Cross league page. LIke in previous years, I expect they'll announce EOL is ok nearer the time, but you wouldn't be gridded or qualify for the title. There's a race at H Hill the day before this too.
"South Eastern Cross Championships

The weather is looking very wet leading up to this race on Sunday so we're looking at another mud bath this weekend as are those doing the De Laune cross at Herne Hill - I'm really looking forward to it!

Good luck to all the chaps (no Paragonettes) this weekend.
Kevin should storm home in the vets race as his biggest threat - the over 50s - have got their own race. Having said that I see Mick Bell of the LFB is entered in the over 40s race & he's been around since Moses was a boy.

Having Moses on your side would be pretty handy this weekend, creating a passageway through the sea of mud...

Good luck at the SE Champs guys. (I suspect Moses will have his work cut out for him on Sunday at all the different races. Handy if they don't all start at the same time!)
No Paragonettes at Ipswich this w/e. I still can't ride yet. Well actually I can ride, but I can't twist into and out of cleats. Not sure if flat pedals on a cross bike would be much use!
We should have a Paragonette at Herne Hill tomorrow. If anyone sees a girl on a brown Tri Cross it'll be cyclo cross newbie Camilla Boyton. (She hasn't got club kit yet but I'll refer her to you Kevin.)

Massive congratulations to KevK who won today and is now the South-East and Eastern region vets 40+ cyclocross champ. He made it look easy too and crossed the line alone at least 30secs clear of his nearest rival. Very impressive. We're off up to the trophy in bradford next week where expectations will be very high!
In the senior race i was rubbish having been ill all week, then i crashed so i dropped out, leaving Mark the Scott to carry the torch. Having also been ill all week he rode consistently to pick riders off all race and finish top 15 (mark, i never found out where you finished).

. Kevin should storm home in the vets race I'm thinking I should have put some money on it! Brilliant stuff, well done Kevin. How about granting Mr C an exclusive interview? Hope you get a jersey and/ or trophy for your efforts.
