David, I am trying to decide whether to do the Go Ride race (I have no BC racing license) but I have a set of Aye Ups you can borrow if I decide against it. David, thanks for the offer... let me know what you decide.

Erm, really Mr Rees? The costume might not be a worry for you but my fingers will be bleeding from all the sewing I have to do. What would the suffragettes think? Meanwhile there is the prospect of you having fancy lights and I have to stick a hand torch to my head. I feel a domestic coming on. Grrr. Oh crumbs!

I think it is over subscribed. I think I waited too long.
I use the lights for commuting so I would need them back that night or the next day but you are more than welcome to use them! If nothing else you might be able to blind the competition!

David, if they're available then yes I'd be most grateful for the loan of some lighting, thank you!

Excellent. I'll speak to you nearer the time about getting them to you. They are dead easy to set up and I'll have them fully charged for you.

I'm hoping to get lucky with some of the lights from Knog or Fenix, failing that I will be hoping that eating lots of carrots on Friday night will be enough coupled with my commuter light.

I noticed that they were offering lights for rent.

I was going along to watch the racing so we could meet at HH.
Where do you live? Are you close to Nunhead at all?
Scratch that, I see from your CV that you live in Beckenham. ;)What time are you getting to HH?

David, there's a practice session from 3pm till around 4.30pm which we'll be at if that suits. Otherwise we'll probably be heading down there for about 17.30 to 6pm - Delia's race is at 7.20pm and then mine is at 8pm... tell you what, I'll PM you my mobile no. and you can give me a call when you're there. Basically I'd think if we could meet by 7pm then that should be alright...

Cool. I was going to get down there as near to five as I can. Depends when I can get away from the family! The lights should take no time to fit anyway so that's good.
