So just a muck-around on the common then?! Meeting at The Dog I presume...

Ok, meet at the Dulwich Park gates opposite the Dulwich Picture Gallery Cafe, 10:00 tomorrow morning for the unofficial national champs to be held on Mitcham Common. Last man standing wins.

You've got no chance with the women Ian, don't worry about it.

I took the sensible option and found a train that dropped me back to Queens Road Peckham in double quick time. Result!

That was jammy. Sounds a bit like the time when I found a direct train from Eynsford to Nunhead, on a Sunday with only 15 minutes to wait. I take it that the bike held up on the ride from Queen's Road to your place?

Good to hear Ian made it back ok, not the weather for hanging around. Mitcham common seems to be the place to test out ones bike - if it survives there, it will take anything on!
I'm contemplating heading out again tomorrow morning. I'll see what i can do about rear brake (new bits ordered via zepnat - thanks Kevin) but who needs them on snow!!!
Andy may be out also. Who else? Dulwich park gates opp Gallery @ 10:00am again? You'll regret not coming out, its crazy fun (yes, reverted back a kid again!).

That was really good fun - especially the cross snowball training, it could almost be the beginning of a new sub-category of cross! Very tempted to do it all again tomorrow too, lets see what the weather brings...
